On Friday, December 2, 17-year-old Bruno Carneiro of Riverton, Utah, attended the FIA Official Prize Giving Ceremony in Vienna, Austria, where he was awarded the championship trophy for winning the 2016 FIA Chinese Formula 4 Championship.
