Utah Motorsports Motorsports Campus is Utah’s premier, multi-use racing and entertainment destination located in Tooele, Utah.  Recently acquired by a local investment group, PV3 Enterprises, Utah Motorsports Campus is receiving significantly more funding to return it to the world class facility it was originally designed to be by Larry H. Miller and what PV3 Enterprises brings to the future. 

 General Summary of the Position

This position is responsible for increasing revenues at Utah Motorsports Campus by attracting new events and ensuring that all guests have an excellent experience on campus. 

 Essential Duties & Responsibilities

The following are the THREE (3) essential duties and responsibilities of this role:

1- Grow Event Revenues by 50% within 18-months

• Architect a plan to increase the facility utilization by attracting new and larger events, corporate parties, and OEM opportunities
• Grow existing customers by offering more services
• Design and contract all new events
• Engage with the motorsport industry to be the facility of choice for hosting events
•  

2- Ensure Excellent Guest Satisfaction During Events

• Oversee all event staffing to ensure smooth and satisfactory experiences
• Hire and manage all event staff
•  

Required Skills

• 5+ years of sales and marketing experience
• 5+ years of managing a team of diverse backgrounds and ages, especially including a variety of employee statuses (e.g., full-time, part-time, contract)
• Ability to manage and close corporate sales opportunities
• Collaborate with Executive Team to ensure alignment and customer satisfaction
• Excellent organizational and time management skills, ability to work in a dynamic environment, under pressure with tight deadlines
• Proven ability to multitask, detailed-oriented, efficient and with strong customer service skills
• Independent and quick self-learner
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Proficient Google Suite

• Reports directly to CEO

• Salary + Bonus  (Depending on Experience)
