Utah Motorsports Campus (UMC) is the largest outdoor event venue in the State of Utah. We are primarily known as a racing facility, but at 511 acres we have space to accommodate almost anything you can dream up!
Nestled in the Tooele Valley between the Oquirrh and Stansbury mountain ranges just south of the Great Salt Lake, UMC is conveniently located. We are a 30-minute drive from downtown Salt Lake City and only 20 minutes from the Salt Lake International Airport.
The facility has been open since 2006, and in that time we have not only hosted many of the world’s top motorsports series and events but also numerous corporate and entertainment events. Our Events Staff is expert at making your vision come to life, limited only by budget constraints.
If your guests have the need for speed, we can certainly help in that regard! Our state-of-the-art go-karting facility provides a great venue for a little friendly competition, and we have other speed- and racing-related options as well. We also offer VIP hospitality for our major racing events with trackside suites, closed-circuit TV and catering.
UMC offers a variety of meeting spaces, ranging from classrooms and meeting rooms to a full-sized banquet hall. Full A/V services are available, as is custom catering to fit your budget and taste.
Over the years, we have hosted concerts, car shows, seminars, meetings, weddings, conventions, reunions and just about every kind of gathering you can think of. We are also Utah’s home for Lantern Fest, which visits twice each year, and in 2018 we hosted the innovative Nitro World Games. We have hosted athletic competitions like the Blacklight Run and the Mud Run. We have hosted various manufacturer media events for such companies as Porsche, Subaru, and Ford. Various television shows and commercials have been shot here, including commercials for Yamaha and Harley-Davidson and shows like Velocity Network’s “Bitchin’ Rides” and “Diesel Brothers.”
